Where a refund is authorised, funds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days. Return of non-perishable items (such as vases or gifts) will be accepted if returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt; refunds for such items will be issued after inspection to confirm they are in saleable condition.
Some flower arrangements include the option to add a personalised message. Messages must not contain offensive, obscene, or inappropriate language.
